The Inaugural General Meeting of the Asset Recovery Inter-Agency Network for Asia Pacific (ARIN-AP) took place in Seoul, Korea on 19-20 November 2013.

On 12 and 13 December 2013 the Asia-Pacific Regional Review Group (RRG) of the FATF’s International Cooperation Review Group met Nepali Ministers and officials in Kathmandu, Nepal.

On 19, 20 and 21 November 2013 a delegation from the APG and from the IMF met jointly with Myanmar government ministers and parliamentarians.

The APG/EAG Joint Typologies and Capacity Building Workshop was held from 23-27 September 2013 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

A joint APG and EAG delegation met with the Minister of Justice of Mongolia, Mr Temuujin, on 27 September 2013 in the capital city, Ulaanbaatar.

The APG Annual Report 2012-2013, with independently audited financial statements, and incorporating the outcomes of the 2013 Annual Meeting in Shanghai, China in July 2013 is now available for download.

The Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU), with the support of the Korea Exchange Bank (KEB), hosted an APG workshop on the FATF Assessment Methodology (2013) and National Risk Assessment in Seoul, Korea from 28 to 30 August 2013.

The 2014 APG Annual Meeting and Technical Assistance and Training Forum will be held in Macao, China in the week of 14-18 July 2014.

The 2013 APG Yearly Typologies Report is produced by the APG Typologies Working Group. The report includes observations on Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing techniques and methods drawn from across the APG region.
